Your Company Ltd is the controller of your personal data on nordiqtest.com.

What data we collect

Your answers to the test and your result
First name and email address when you provide them
Age group, level of education and your answers to personal statements, if you provide them (they do not affect your IQ score)
Payment information (handled by Stripe – we never see your card number)
Technical information such as country and device type

Why we process the data

To calculate and show your result (contract)
To handle payment and subscription (contract and legal obligation)
To send a newsletter if you have consented to it (consent)
To send at most two reminders about your saved result if you have not unlocked it, and a reminder before a trial period turns into a subscription (legitimate interest and contract respectively). You can stop the reminders via the link in the email.
For statistics and marketing if you have accepted cookies (consent)

Recipients

We share data with providers who help us run the service, for example Stripe (payment), Cloudflare (hosting) and – if you have accepted – advertising platforms such as Meta and Google.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example accounting rules).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Contact us at support@yourdomain.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
